HISTORY
Hello my name is Natacha Grace. This is a personal blog website for believers in Jesus Christ who are dealing with hurts, habits, or hang ups. Just because you're a Christian doesn't mean you don't go through pain or problems in your life. This is a place where we can encourage each other. I have dealt with depression, abuse, and anxiety. I am currently dealing with Church hurt. If you don't know what that means, then come and find out. I have a lot of stories (with no real names of course! :-D) And lots of encouragement to give. God can turn your pain into a purpose, your test into a testimony, and your mess into a message. Come on, let's heal together. Whatever it may be, Jesus said "...with God all things are possible." ~Matthew 19:26
ABOUT ME
I was born in New Jersey to Caribbean immigrants and moved to Florida around the age of 3yrs old. My home life was very unstable and we moved around a lot. My mom and dad had separated, and by the age of 7 I had been molested by various people. I had low self esteem and had thoughts of suicide. When I turned 18, I was determined to leave my broken home and go to college. In college I accepted Jesus Christ into my life and went from being depressed into this joyous happy being. I knew it had to be because of Jesus. In 2006 I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and worked in Healthcare Administration and various other fields. I have had many ups and downs as a Christian, but God has always been there. In 2017 I became a Missionary to Haiti and served there for 3yrs. Now I am back in Florida transitioning into "normal" life. Normal life is now Covid-19 LOL. But God is good. One of my favorite scriptures is Genesis 15:1, where God tells Abraham, "...I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward." I pray you are blessed by this blog website; know that God loves you and can heal you through anything. God bless you and be encouraged!
